After submitting the Mover Protection form with all required supporting documents, your claim will be reviewed within 14 days. Incomplete forms or missing documents will delay the process, and a team member will contact you if anything is missing. Refundable costs may include legal, marketing, estate agency, mortgage arrangement, survey, and search fees, with a maximum refund of £800 for a sale and £2,000 for a purchase, subject to terms and conditions. Refunds are at the discretion of Lifetime Legal. You must maintain a valid membership throughout the claim period, as lapsed memberships without renewal will result in claim cancellation.
Please note, fees paid to Lifetime Legal are not refundable through Mover Protection.
